Coffee and Croissant
It’s all you need to get your day started! I used to work in a huge hotel with a classic bakeshop. At 3am we were pulling croissant dough from the proofer, punching it down, rolling it out, cutting the triangles that would form the croissants, rolling them, letting them have another rise, then baking till golden. This card reminded me of those Octobers I kind of missed because I worked the night shift.
